At Active Disciple®, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find information regarding shipping times, tracking, lost packages, and international orders.

Where Do You Ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States.

As we continue to grow, we look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Because many of our products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partners, production times may vary slightly depending on product type, inventory levels, and seasonal demand.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

Estimated Delivery: 7–10 Business Days

Many customers receive their orders sooner depending on their location and the shipping carrier servicing their area.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Distance from fulfillment facilities
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • Customs processing (for future international shipments)

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery windows, shipping carriers operate independently and occasional delays may occur outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Shipment updates
  • Delivery progress

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to begin updating after your shipping label is created.

If you have not received tracking information within several business days after placing your order, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Every order is shipped with tracking information and shipping protection whenever available.

If your package:

  • Appears lost in transit
  • Has not moved for an extended period
  • Is marked delivered but cannot be located
  • Is returned to sender

please contact us immediately.

Although shipping carriers operate independently once packages leave our fulfillment facilities, we will work with you to investigate the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Carrier Information

We work with multiple domestic carriers depending on the fastest and most reliable option available for your location.

Carriers may include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • OnTrac
  • Other regional delivery partners

Carrier selection is determined automatically during fulfillment and cannot typically be requested in advance.

Customs Fees, Duties, and Import Taxes

Because Active Disciple® currently ships only within the United States, customers are generally not responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their local government.

Extended Delays

In rare situations, delivery times may exceed our estimated shipping window.

If your order has exceeded the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do everything reasonably possible to assist in locating your shipment and resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Shipping Insurance

Where available, shipments may include shipping protection or carrier insurance coverage.

Coverage eligibility may vary depending on carrier policies and shipping methods selected at checkout.
